What do I need to bring ?
 To prepare for you Live Scan fingerprinting appointment you will need the following:

•    3 copies of the Request for Live Scan Service Form (provided by the requesting Agency)
•    Social Security number (If you have one)
•    Department of Justice approved ID Card (see approved ID card list below)
 

California Residents and non-resident Applicants applying from California must submit fingerprints electronically through Live Scan, for applicants submitting Fingerprints outside California we can provide Card Scan service. 

California Dept. of Justice has strict rules for Live Scan facilities. We are NOT allowed to assist applicants in filling out the Request for Live Scan Service form. If your information is incomplete we MUST refer you back to your employment or licensing agency

What is the cost for Live scan fingerprinting?

Our rolling fee to do the live scan is $35 plus any government fees that apply to your request. For up to date government fees please check the DOJ fee schedule. if your form has a billing number the requesting agency will cover the government fees.
